Etu Energias Assumes Operation of Block CON 4

Etu Energias, S.A. has announced the signing of the Risk Service Contract for Block CON 4, located in the Onshore Congo Basin, in consortium with Sonangol Exploration and Production, S.A. and GESPROCON
Lda.

This new strategic milestone reinforces Etu Energias’ position as a leading national operator in the hydrocarbons sector, reaffirming its commitment to the development and sustainable growth of Angola’s oil industry.

The newly formalized contract sets the terms for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons in Block CON 4, with a concession term of 25 years — 5 years allocated to the exploration phase and 20 years to the production phase.

The consortium composition was formalized by Presidential Decree No. 91/25, dated April 28, and comprises the following entities: Etu Energias, S.A. – 67.50% (Operator), Sonangol Exploration and Production, S.A. – 20% and
GESPROCON Lda. – 12.50%
