CAMEROON: Bourbon Offshore Closes its branch in Douala

French oil equipment manufacturer Bourbon Offshore Surf informs that it has decided to close its branch in Douala, Cameroon after nearly ten years of activity in the country.

This follows a ruling by a French court n December 2019 to sell the assets of Bourbon Offshore for the oil industry to the Société phocéenne de participations (SPP).

Bourbon is present in 31 countries with 285 vessels and 482M€ in adjusted revenues. Bourbon comprises of three standalone companies including Bourbon Marine & Logistics, Bourbon Subsea Services and Bourbon Mobility
