{"id":9681,"date":"2021-01-13T07:50:34","date_gmt":"2021-01-13T07:50:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oilnewskenya.com\/?p=9681"},"modified":"2021-01-13T07:50:34","modified_gmt":"2021-01-13T07:50:34","slug":"egypt-united-oil-and-gas-provides-quarterly-production-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.oilnewskenya.com\/index.php\/egypt-united-oil-and-gas-provides-quarterly-production-report\/","title":{"rendered":"EGYPT: United Oil and Gas Provides Quarterly Production Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"bu\"><span class=\"bv\">United Oil &amp; Gas offers a quarterly production update for the period to the end of 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"bx\"><span class=\"bj\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>United&#8217;s H2 2020 net working interest production averaged 2,340 boepd in line with guidance for the period of 2,300 boepd<\/p>\n<p class=\"bx\"><span class=\"bj\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Q4 2020 net working interest production averaged 2,243 boepd (1,960 bopd oil and 283 boepd gas)<\/p>\n<p class=\"bx\"><span class=\"bj\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>With the ASH gas pipeline coming onstream on the 27<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0December, United exited 2020 with net working interest production of 2,389 boepd<\/p>\n<p class=\"bu\"><span class=\"bv\">All of United&#8217;s production for the period was from the Kuwait Energy Egypt operated Abu Sennan Licence, Egypt, in which United holds a 22% working interest.<\/span><span class=\"bv\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"bu\"><span class=\"bv\">This data will vary quarter on quarter as development, appraisal and exploration operations continue.<\/span><span class=\"by\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"bu\"><span class=\"by\">United Chief Operating Officer,\u00a0Jonathan Leather\u00a0commented:<\/span><span class=\"bv\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"bu\"><span class=\"bz\">&#8220;The Abu Sennan asset continues to perform strongly. With the ASH gas pipeline coming onstream at the end of the year, 2021 has already seen a boost to production, with c.220 boepd of additional gas now being captured on a net basis.<\/span><span class=\"bz\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"bu\"><span class=\"bz\">&#8220;United are looking forward to further potential production additions from Abu Sennan in 2021, with a number of activities planned.
