Two of the leading players in monitoring technology, Worldsensing and\u00a0IDS GeoRadar<\/a>, a Hexagon company, have cooperated to launch the most comprehensive mine safety monitoring system.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The integrated system will be the first in the world to offer surface, sub-surface and geospatial monitoring in a single package, greatly simplifying contracting and deployment.<\/p>\n

It will exploit the capabilities of Worldsensing’s Loadsensing IoT-based wireless monitoring system to reduce the cost and delay associated with traditional wired or manually read sensor networks.<\/p>\n

The joint solution will simplify data management using\u00a0HxGN GeoMonitoring Hub<\/a>\u00a0integrated visualisation and analysis platform, delivered through IDS GeoRadar. Mining companies, thanks to the integration of Worldsensing and IDS GeoRadar technologies, will have for the first time a single interface to a monitoring system, which now includes a wide range of wirelessly connected geotechnical and environmental sensors in addition to radar, total stations, GNSS and satellite InSAR.<\/p>\n
