TechnipFMC has been awarded a\nnumber of subsea contracts by Anadarko Mo\u00e7ambique \u00c1rea 1, Lda, a wholly owned\nsubsidiary of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, for its Mozambique Golfinho\/Atum\ndevelopment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
TechnipFMC was awarded a major(1)\nContract for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI)\nof the subsea hardware system through its wholly owned UAE incorporated\nsubsidiary, Technip Middle East FZCO. TechnipFMC will execute the offshore\ninstallation scope with its consortium partner Van Oord, through their wholly\nowned UAE incorporated subsidiary, Van Oord Gulf FZE, and in cooperation with\nstrategic major subcontractor, Allseas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, TechnipFMC has been\nawarded separate contracts under its wholly owned US incorporated subsidiary\nFMCTI (FMC Technologies Inc.), to provide subsea hardware in support of well\nconstruction and the EPCI scope. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

TechnipFMC will execute its scope\nutilizing our integrated model (iEPCI TM ) and will highlight our industry\nleading subsea capabilities to help maximize Anadarko\u2019s overall project value.\nThis award is a testament of our 25-year partnership with Anadarko and will\nfurther expand our presence in Mozambique.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Further to these awards,\nTechnipFMC and Allseas have entered into a Strategic Collaboration Agreement\naimed at jointly pursuing specific deepwater projects where the assets,\nproducts and capabilities of both companies are complementary. This Strategic\nCollaboration will give both companies an enhanced access to world-class\nopportunities. It will allow our clients to benefit from the unique joint\ncapabilities and integrated delivery assurance of TechnipFMC and Allseas on\ntheir most ambitious projects, such as Golfinho. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In support of these awards,\nTechnipFMC is increasing its footprint in Mozambique and opened a new office in\nMaputo, Mozambique, in February 2019. Through extensive cooperation agreements\nwith local universities such as UEM and Uni Lurio, TechnipFMC will offer unique\ntraining opportunities to young Mozambican engineers that will continue\nbuilding on our local expertise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Anadarko-operated Mozambique\nLNG project will be Mozambique\u2019s first onshore LNG development, initially consisting\nof two LNG trains with total nameplate capacity of 12.88 Mtpa(2) to support the\ndevelopment of the Golfinho\/Atum fields located entirely within Offshore Area\n1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
