Drilling of the Tembo-2 appraisal well is anticipated in <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2pXZZyd\">2018<\/a> according to the\u00a0Rovuma Onshore Concession\u00a0operator.<\/p>\n<p>This follows the completion of the full analysis of Tembo-1 discovery well results, including interpretation of existing seismic data which led to rhe prospective resource estimate <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2uIyTkJ\">increase<\/a> for the Tembo Structure alone to 1.7 Tcf of gas or 219 million barrels of oil (unrisked P50).<\/p>\n<p>Wentworth Resources was granted a green-light for <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/28OGapm\">Tembo-1<\/a>\u00a0gas discovery appraisal by the Ministerio dos Reuros Minerais e Energia (Minister of Minerals &amp; Energy) in Mozambique in June 2016.<\/p>\n<p>The Tembo-1 well was drilled to a total depth of 4,553 meters into rocks of Upper Jurassic age. Natural gas and some condensate was recovered by modular formation dynamics testing (MDT) confirming the petro physical analysis of 15 meters of net pay in sands of Cretaceous age.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile the process of identifying a farm-in partner is ongoing with preliminary meetings already having been held with potential farm-in partners with follow-on data sharing meetings now being arranged. Wentworth adds that virtual and physical data rooms are now fully operational with the completion of farm-out process anticipated prior to drilling appraisal well.
