The Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC) under the Ministry of Energy and the Dangote Group has reached an agreement with the cement manufacturer on price of natural gas for use the manufacture of cement factory located in Mtwara.<\/p>\n

Another agreement has been made on integrating infrastructure transporting natural gas from the largest gas pipeline and will go to the Dangote factory complete with the original contract (Gas Supply Term Sheet) for sale of gas for use in the factory.<\/p>\n

This agreement has been reached in implementation of an order by President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Dr. John Pombe Magufuli who directed TPDC complete the deal with Dangote on the sale of natural gas within four days (4).<\/p>\n

Work on the infrastructure connecting natural gas in power plants to wash the electricity used by the plant will begin immediately.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
