To date the petition has seen 423 supporters sign the appeal directed to the President Yoweri Museveni.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis calls for maximum\u00a0disclosure,\u00a0openness\u00a0and\u00a0involvement\u00a0of citizens in all major decisions; with no secret deals between government and oil companies, behind closed doors,\u201d reads part of the petition.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">If GoU is transparent abt oil mg&#8217;t, oil could change our lives for better.
