{"id":3911,"date":"2015-10-15T09:33:14","date_gmt":"2015-10-15T09:33:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.oilnewskenya.com\/?p=3911"},"modified":"2017-01-27T12:51:44","modified_gmt":"2017-01-27T12:51:44","slug":"somalia-kenya-maritime-boundary-dispute-continues-at-the-icj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.oilnewskenya.com\/index.php\/somalia-kenya-maritime-boundary-dispute-continues-at-the-icj\/","title":{"rendered":"Somalia, Kenya Maritime Boundary Dispute Continues at the ICJ"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Somalia has until the 5 February 2016 within which it may present a written statement of its observations and submissions on the preliminary objections raised by the Republic of Kenya on 7 October 2015 in the case concerning Maritime Delimitation in the Indian Ocean (Somalia v.
