According to GardaWorld\u2019s President and CEO \u00a0Stephan Cretier the acquisition of Aegis will complement GardaWorld’s offering and geographic footprint as we continue to build our protective services capabilities throughout Africa and the Middle East.<\/p>\n

According to Stephan the company expects to expand its regional infrastructure by double to\u00a0 20 countries in Africa and the Middle East.<\/p>\n
