{"id":1564,"date":"2014-08-05T12:06:29","date_gmt":"2014-08-05T09:06:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/oilnewskenya.com\/?p=1564"},"modified":"2015-09-07T14:57:21","modified_gmt":"2015-09-07T14:57:21","slug":"pttep-opens-a-new-mozambique-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.oilnewskenya.com\/index.php\/pttep-opens-a-new-mozambique-office\/","title":{"rendered":"PTTEP opens a new Mozambique office"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited or PTTEP \u00a0has opened its new office in Maputo, Mozambique in a ceremony jointly presided by Esperanca Bias, Minister of Mineral Resources, Mozambique and Tevin Vongvanich, President and CEO of PTTEP.<\/p>\n<p>According to PTTEP, the new office in Mozambique will help streamline the operations and show its commitment to further company\u2019s exploration and production in the country.<\/p>\n<p>PTTEP is involved in the exploration of Mozambique\u2019s Rovuma offshore Area 1 where the company is scheduled to start drilling and appraisal campaign of eight wells for further appraisal.<\/p>\n<p>As of the second quarter this year, PTTEP was successful in drilling Tubarao Tigre-1 well with natural gas discovery.
