Further to the announcement on 5 December 2024 of Rahul Dhir\u2019s departure as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Tullow Oil plc (Tullow)has confirmed the appointment of Richard Miller as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, effective on 14 February 2025. \u00a0Rahul will step down from the Board on 14 February 2025, however, to ensure a smooth transition, Rahul will be available to the business until his notice period ends on 5 June 2025. The process to find a new permanent CEO is progressing well and the Board will provide further updates in due course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
