The two (2) well program, scheduled for Q1 2023, will be off the coast of Gabon and has an estimated total campaign duration of 90 days.<\/p>\n

CNOOC International \u2013 through its CNOOC West Africa Holdings Limited affiliate \u2013 holds a 100% working interest and is the operator in Blocks BC 9 and BCD 10, offshore Gabon.<\/p>\n

In 2014, a large deepwater gas discovery on the BCD 10 licence was announced following the drilling and appraisal of the Leopard-1 well, located approximately 145 kilometres off the Gabon coast. Multiple pre-and-post-salt prospects and leads have been identified with high exploration potential.<\/p>\n
