This follows the announcements on 8 October 2021 and 3 February 2022 that the Company had submitted a non-binding expression of interest for the two blocks which resulted in the subsequent suspension of Afentra shares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"bb\"><span class=\"ap\">During the first quarter of 2022, Afentra has continued to progress the Sale &amp; Purchase Agreement (SPA) negotiations with Sonangol and are pleased to now be selected as preferred bidder for both blocks. The next steps will involve finalising the SPA and completing the final due diligence required on the Acquisition.
