Eco Atlantic will become Operator and hold a 50% WI, subject to near completion of its 100% acquisition of Azinam Group Limited.<\/span><span class=\"dd\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ee\"><span class=\"dd\">The Gazania-1 well is located in the\u00a0Orange Basin\u00a0in\u00a0South Africa.\u00a0The Orange Basin\u00a0straddles the offshore waters of\u00a0Namibia\u00a0and\u00a0South Africa, where major discoveries on both the Graff-1 well, drilled by Shell, and the Venus-1 well, drilled by TotalEnergies, have recently been announced.<\/span><span class=\"dd\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ei\"><span class=\"dn\">Colin Kinley Co-Founder and COO of\u00a0Eco Atlantic\u00a0commented:<\/span><span class=\"do\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ek\"><span class=\"dd\">&#8220;We are pleased to be making progress in our exploration and drilling plans for 2022.
