Soco international will complete the ongoing lake bed seismic survey on Lake Edward on Block V by the end of this quarter according to the latest update by the company.<\/p>\n
Soco international says the seismic survey represents the Company\u2019s final operational activity onsite Block V under its current work programme although no drilling has been planned or is warranted at this stage.<\/p>\n
The company says it carried out necessary preparation before commencing the seismic survey as well as receiving approval in late 2013 from the DRC Ministry of the Environment and ICCN, which is the Park Warden\u2019s organization.<\/p>\n
