\"\"Zenith Energy has<\/span> announced that\u00a0 Compagnie Du Desert Ltd<\/span>, its fully owned subsidiary, has now\u00a0completed the acquisition<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>of a 100 percent interest in the fully owned subsidiary of Candax Energy Limited\u00a0 in Barbados, Ecumed Petroleum Tunisia Ltd (EPT), which holds a 100% interest in the El Bibane and Robbana concessions in Tunisia.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Terms\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Pursuant to the terms of the SPA,\u00a0CDD acquired 100% of the issued share capital of EPT for a nominal consideration of\u00a0US$100\u00a0payable at completion, as well as an additional\u00a0<\/span>consideration of approximately\u00a0USD$200,000\u00a0in the form of assumption of debt payable by the end of\u00a0May 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n

Andrea Cattaneo, Chief Executive Officer of Zenith, commented:<\/span><\/p>\n

“We are very pleased to have now formally completed the acquisition of the El Bibane and Robbana concessions which enables Zenith to hold an enlarged portfolio with a daily production of crude oil, natural gas and condensate in\u00a0Tunisia.<\/span><\/p>\n
